Can I choose which shirt I receive? Nope! Where’s the fun in that?

What if I already own the shirt you send? Contact us through the support page or email members@livesore.net.

What is the difference between the 4 payment options? Simple, the first is month to month autorenew. This just automatically charges you each month. 6 Month autorenew is essentially a prepay for 6 months upfront to give you 12.5% savings for doing so and will autorenew at the end of each 6 months. 12 month autornew is the same, you’re prepaying all 12 months up front to save 20% for doing so and then it autorenews at the end of those first 12 months. The final option is the 12 month gift, this is simply a 1 time purchase of all 12 months with no autorenew. Basically the more you prepay upfront the more you save!

When will shirts ship? Each month, we take new members through the end of the month and all the new and current paid memberships for that month ship around the 15th of the following month. Nice and simple and clean, so be sure to get your order in by the end of the current month!

How do I change my address? Again, contact us through the support page or email members@livesore.net. Please include your name and current address as well as the complete forwarding address. We need to hear about this before the 2nd of the month to change that month’s order, otherwise it will be reflected the following month.

Can I change my size? Can do, contact us through the support page or email members@livesore.net. Please notify us by the 2nd of the month to send the updated size in your next shirt order.

I want out. Can I cancel my subscription? It’s unthinkable, but sure. If you need to cancel your monthly subscription membership, please notify us by the 2nd of the month that you’d like to terminate your subscription.  If you are a 6 or 12 month rebill, you can cancel your future rebills if you give us 30 days written notice to members@livesore.net asking to cancel your upcoming rebill, however no reimbursement will be given for your current subscription. You cannot cancel or get refunded for gift purchases.

If I buy more than one subscription, will I get different designs? Everybody’s getting the same design! EVERYBODY.

I received an SOTMC shirt, but I didn’t order it. Am I being charged for this? No. Subscriptions are paid in full at the time of purchase, so there is no payment due when you receive a SOTMC shirt. You may owe someone a hearty handshake or a hug, depending on your relationship with the sender. We’ll leave that to your discretion.

I don’t know who signed me up for this. Can I find out who gave me a subscription? Nope. Due to our privacy policy, we can’t provide information about someone else’s purchases. If you don’t know who sent it, you may have to live with an awesome mystery.

Do you ship internationally? We can offer this however it is a slightly different price scale due to shipping fees, please email us at members@livesore.net so we can give you the details and get you set up!

Will my shirts contain profanity? No, we will not send out any membership shirts that contact profanity just to be safe for everyone.
