I Love the form fit of these thermals, I normally wear Large, I actually ordered both Med. and Lg. and they both fit, the Med gives a lil more form fit. the large is a little looser, just depends on the type of fit you want. i'm 6' 185lbs...

When I bought this product I wasn't sure what to expect as far as quality, material, ect. The material is a waffle type thermal material that is the perfect thickness and texture. As for the sizing chart, I would say it is pretty accuarate. I will definitely be making future purchases.
