Simple, for as low as $17.50/month, we deliver all our Club Members a fully exclusive design* as well as a surprise extra FREE Gift (ranges from wrist wraps, to socks, to sweat bands, and so on). Each month we put out a special, custom, exclusive design for all our Club Members, so if you are already signed up or sign up in the current month, you get that months Exclusive Design. Great question! Why yes, yes they are. So we use both men's and women's T-shirts and women's tank tops, so if you have chose "womens med" as your gender/size, you'll always receive a womens medium tank top or T-shirt depending on what we do the garment on each month.
Simple, the first is month to month autorenew. This just automatically charges you each month. 6 Month autorenew is essentially a prepay for 6 months upfront to give you 12.5% savings for doing so and will autorenew at the end of each 6 months. 12 month autornew is the same, you’re prepaying all 12 months up front to save 20% for doing so and then it autorenews at the end of those first 12 months. The final option is the 12 month gift, this is simply a 1 time purchase of all 12 months with no autorenew. Basically the more you prepay upfront the more you save!
Each month, we take new members through the end of the month and all the new and current paid memberships for that month ship around the 21st of the following month.So, for example, for the Month of July we take all the paid subscriptions for July and ship that months shirt mid-August. Nice and simple and clean, so be sure to get your order in by the end of the current month!
Again, contact us through the support page or email email@example.com. Please state that your a TSOTMC member & include your name and current address as well as the complete forwarding address. We need to hear about this before the 2nd of the month to change that month’s order, otherwise it will be reflected the following month.
It’s unthinkable, but sure. If you need to cancel your monthly subscription membership, please notify us by the 2nd of the month that you’d like to terminate your subscription. If you are a 6 or 12 month rebill, you can cancel your future rebills if you give us 30 days written notice to firstname.lastname@example.org asking to cancel your upcomingTSOTMC rebill, however no reimbursement will be given for your current subscription. You cannot cancel or get refunded for gift purchases.
I received an TSOTMC shirt, but I didn’t order it. Am I being charged for this? No. Subscriptions are paid in full at the time of purchase, so there is no payment due when you receive a TSOTMC shirt. You may owe someone a hearty handshake or a hug, depending on your relationship with the sender. We’ll leave that to your discretion.
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE AGREEING TO BECOME A LIVESORE® MONTHLY PLAN SUBSCRIBER. BY CLICKING "I AGREE" TO THE RIGHT, YOU WILL SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS OF THS AGREEMENT AS LEGALLY BINDING.
All LIVESORE® Monthly Subscription Plans must be paid in full upon order acceptance and renewed according to which subscription plan you choose; the Subscription Plan fee includes all of our shipping and handling charges (for USA orders only); you are responsible for paying any customs fees, sale or use taxes due to your purchase. You give your consent and agree to be automatically charged upon each new billing period (depending on what subscription you choose) and will see that sub sequential charge on your credit card statement. Should your renewal charge be “declined” we will contact you to get new payment information, however if we are unable to reach you then you understand that you forfeit future deliveries due to lack of payment. You understand and agree that the subscription cycle you choose will continue to auto renew until you contact us to cancel.
We will send you an e-mail with the information to claim your first t-shirt no later than thee (3) days following the purchase of your LiveSore® subscription. We will also send you a monthly e-mail approximately within 3 days from the start of each month after that. You may cancel your subscription and receive a full or partial refund of your paid Subscription Plan fee only as follows: If you contact Customer Service and cancel your Subscription within twenty (20) days of our shipment of your 1st LiveSore® shirt and return it to us in new/unworn condition with postage/shipping costs prepaid by you, upon receipt we will issue a full refund of your Subscription Plan fee; For all other cancellations, the full price of each LiveSore® shirt delivered to you plus shipping and handling will be subtracted from the total Subscription Plan fee you paid and the remainder refunded to you as a credit to your payment account. Our shipping and handling charges (which cover all associated costs and services, including labor, materials, packing and postage) are waived for Subscribers who complete and do not cancel their LiveSore® Subscription. Currently, the full price plus shipping and handling of each LiveSore® subscription plan shirt is $34.95 (U.S. Subscribers) and $42.95 for Subscribers in all other countries.
The credit/debit card/other payment method you provide will be used for payment of your Subscription Plan and will be charged upon the completion of the checkout process and rebilled/auto renewed according to the subscription plan you selected.
Changes to your Subscription. Upon signing up for a LiveSore® Monthly Subscription Plan you will be provided links to change your e-mail address at any time. If you'd like to change your Subscription Plan to a different plan, please contact Customer Service or email email@example.com. And please note that Subscription Plan services, policies, benefits, terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and that all changes will take effect after notice to you and no later than the start of the next renewal term of your Subscription Plan. If you're not satisfied with the changes, you may cancel your Subscription Plan prior to renewal without additional fees or further obligations.
Undeliverable shipments. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses or for changes of address. Please be sure that you enter the correct address when you sign up for your Subscription Plan and include applicable apartment or suite numbers. Also once USPS shows a package “delivered” we can no longer be responsible for that package.
All terms and conditions stated in the website terms apply to all Subscribers and Subscription Plans with the following changes, each of which is hereby specifically agreed to by you and by us:
1. The Website Terms shall be referred to as the "Terms" and this Subscriber Agreement shall be referred to as the "Agreement".2. The terms of this Subscriber Agreement shall govern, supersede and take precedence over any conflicting terms and conditions stated in the Website Terms: a) regarding the sale of LiveSore® shirts through Subscriber plans or, b) which are inconsistent or in conflict with any clause in this Subscriber Agreement.
